第一届生态系统服务与学术论文写作工作坊于2019年4月17日-22日在北京师范大学举行，期间国内近30个高校科研院所的100余位师生参与其中，引起了较好的反响。
受新冠疫情影响，第二届生态系统服务与学术论文写作工作坊将于2020年6月22日-26日以线上研讨会的方式开展。本届工作坊由北京师范大学地理科学学部陆地表层系统科学与可持续发展研究院主办，国际地理联合会面向未来地球的地理学专业委员会、中国地理学会青年工作委员会协办，面向全球青年学者和研究生开放。工作坊主题与注册信息如下：
